The sidehustle…

This is the sidehustle that I battle to keep on the side.

Started back in April 2012 it was a sidehustle to my chain of salons, that I launched to provide the professional hair and beauty industry with local salon recruitment, training and support through coaching and mentoring. It developed into a small team of recruitment consultants and coaches with networking events and educational seminars before I joined NatWest in 2018 and scaled it down to manage the two schedules. It continues to provide me with opportunities to write editorial content, keynote at professional exhibitions, events, awards judging and as an expert salon industry consultant. My private coaching runs through this company on a 121 or group session basis charged hourly. Consultancy or education can be booked by the day or half day.
